1. who we are
palilili is provided by Mikoriza Network Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17203147. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@mikoriza.network.
2. accepting these terms
By downloading, installing, or using palilili, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Your app store provider may impose additional terms. Those terms also apply, and take priority where the store requires them to.
3. licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use palilili for lawful personal use on devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.
You must not:
- copy, sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the app;
- reverse engineer or modify it except where applicable law expressly permits this;
- use it to violate any law or the rights of another person; or
- interfere with the app, its security, or its distribution.
4. purchases and refunds
palilili is sold as a one-time app purchase. Apple or Google, rather than Mikoriza Network Ltd, processes the payment and applies its store rules to billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds. Refund requests should be made through the store where you purchased the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
5. your content and data
You retain ownership of task titles, notes, and other content you enter in palilili. You are responsible for that content and for keeping any exported copy secure. The app does not provide a Mikoriza-operated account or cloud backup. Please read our privacy policy for details about local storage, voice input, and optional phone-to-watch synchronisation.
6. availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve palilili. Device, operating-system, app-store, and third-party service changes may affect availability. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every device indefinitely.
7. intellectual property
palilili, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Mikoriza Network Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. disclaimers and liability
palilili is a general task-management tool. It is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical service. You remain responsible for important deadlines, decisions, backups, and actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, opportunity, or data arising from your use of palilili. Our total liability relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. ending your use
You may stop using palilili at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate this licence if you materially breach these terms. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, will continue to apply.
10. changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, law, or our business changes. We will publish the revised terms here with a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively.
11. governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
