Include your device model, Android or Wear OS version, palilili version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private task content unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
data and accounts
palilili has no user account. Most data is stored locally, so we cannot recover deleted tasks or reset an account for you. Use the export option in settings to keep a copy you control.
reminders
If reminders do not appear, check that notifications are allowed for palilili and that the device permits exact alarms. Battery-saving or manufacturer-specific background restrictions may also delay notifications.
voice input
Voice input requires microphone permission and an available Android speech-recognition service. Availability and whether recognition is processed locally or online depend on your device and selected speech provider.
phone and watch
Keep Google Play services and palilili updated on both devices. The phone and watch apps must use the same Google Play installation and be paired through Wear OS for task synchronisation to work.
